I have not blogged in about 8 weeks or so I believe. I am an awesome blogger. :) I guess its time for some updates and ramblings.
* We are doing really good, not like everything is perfect by any means, but we are just at peace. We are blessed to know we are doing exactly what God is calling us to be doing, we are exactly where God is calling us to be and with that comes huge freedom and joy!
* We have been taking some Dave Ramsey classes (if you do not know about him, you should...at least the concepts!) We are doing the envelope system and I haven't used a debit card in a while and that is also freeing and awesome! Everything is cash! It is amazing how powerful the dollar can be. The other night I was going grocery shopping and Mark said the grocery envelope was all set, well when I went to pay all that was in there were $100 bills, it was a weird shock to pull out a $100 bill. I didn't want anyone to see it or take notice! Isn't that funny? We can swipe $100 or more in groceries and its no problem, but when you hand someone a real $100 it is something soooo much different. I love envelopes. I love writing down what we put in them and what we've taken out and seeing a real exact number, and finding out that the envelopes balance....and no we hadn't balanced our checkbook in a while if you are wondering...I think the the online banking has crippled our society, there is just something great about the old fashioned way of writing things with a pen. I think I would still pay bills with a check and a stamp...seriously.
* Our church has officially reached the 1,000 mark! Wow, when we came about 2 years ago it was running about 700ish....And the awesome thing is...its new believers and people seeking who this Jesus is....and let me tell you they come with a truck load of baggage. WHO CARES! God IS THE Redeemer and makes ALL things new and uses ALL THINGS to glorify HIS NAME! AHH! So happy to see lives changed. It feels good to be alive!
* I am now 16 weeks pregnant and at the end of this week I will be 17(duh, incase you stopped learning to count at 16). I am finally popping out more but mostly I think I just feel bloated! I am in the maternity clothes don't fit and neither do real clothes fit stage...so I am rubber-banding my pants and wearing long shirts as much as I can. But the end is a sweet snuggly result and we are praying and praising God for a healthy, chill baby!! :)
* OUR 6th Anniversary is Saturday the 9th! This Friday our friends Mary and Matt are coming to stay with the kiddies so we can get away for 2 nights...because here is the secret...it takes one to decompress! I think as I add the kids, I should add the nights...3 sounds perfect but we are HAPPY and not complaining about 2. I am a FIRM believer that hubby comes 1st, marriage 1st and so that means leaving your kids overnight with someone else, you trust. So find them if you don't have them. Seriously, those babies, my babies are leaving the roost one day (a BIG COCA DOODLE DOO) and I want to know my husband when they are gone.
There is more to say I am sure but in order to keep me blogging, maybe I will hold out for a couple more weeks or months :)

Thanks for your words on the hubby and marriage being first. we are hoping to start some good habits (date nights, etc) as soon as we can when the baby gets here.
