I *heart* IOWA
We are finally home after a 17 day Christmas World Tour. Okay, US tour. We are thankful for the big fat snow we got so that we could hunker down and get some work done around here and enjoy some sweet time together. We love to travel that much is obvious but we have been gone a lot this year so it is nice to enjoy sometime at home.
After Spokane, we went to Des Moines and had Christmas with my parents. (I don't have a good pic of Blaine and Amanda or I'd post one of them...just saving her some embarrassment :) Mom's neighbor came over and took these photos and unfortunately my bro was on the sick side. I am sure he is so sad to have missed out on the family photo shoot. But we forgot to get one of all of us anyway...so ya know. We had a good time there and a wonderful Christmas and New Years Celebration, introducing some of them to fondue!
There is lots more to say but Mark and I are settling in with some good coffee from his Momma. Thanks Diane!
