Mark and I have had quite the battle with our wonderful blazer...whats new right? What should you expect of an 11 year old car? We have had to jump it pretty much all this week, oh yes the week of snow and freezing temperatures. I alone spent an hour trying to get the dang thing to work on Friday, baby in tow and Lillie in my arms, it was so wonderful. Thankfully we have faithful friends as neighbors who could help me get through the terrible mess. Who would have known that batteries are suppose to last you what? 7 years? Ours is dated 2007! Which was LAST year for cryin' in the night. We are working on buying a new car hopefully beginning of the new year, but until then we will be dealing with Billiam the Blazer and his bag of awesome tricks. Mark said today, one things is for sure, when God does provide us with a new car we are going to be really, really thankful. That is most definitely true. While we wait we will be laughing as we listen to the lyrics we just heard on the TV by Randy Travis ...
Oh my battery's dead and my car won't start
But there's a nice warm fire burnin' in my heart
Oh I'm gonna be just fine
'Cause nothin's gonna bring me down at Christmas time
